NuraDay Terms of Service

Your NuraDay responsibilities

• Enter and review schedules carefully in NuraDay.
• Keep device notifications, volume, focus modes, battery, and system settings configured appropriately.
• Confirm important medication instructions with a qualified healthcare professional.
• Do not use NuraDay as the sole safeguard for critical or emergency care.

NuraDay availability

Local notifications and other device features in NuraDay may be delayed, suppressed, or unavailable because of device settings, operating system behavior, hardware, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee that every NuraDay reminder will be delivered at an exact time.

NuraDay Plus

Optional NuraDay Plus paid plans may include subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. Prices and exact benefits are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before renewal. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and eligible refunds under its policies.

Acceptable use of NuraDay

You may use NuraDay for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, misuse, disrupt, or redistribute NuraDay except where applicable law expressly permits.

NuraDay intellectual property

NuraDay's software, visual design, brand, and original content are owned by CodeMXM or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use NuraDay.

NuraDay disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, NuraDay is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for medical decisions, missed doses, notification failures, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of NuraDay. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

NuraDay changes and termination

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue NuraDay features. We may update these NuraDay Terms of Service and will revise the effective date when we do.
